Quality Time with Addie

Addie did not have school today.  So we dropped Macie off at preschool and we went RIDING!!!!  Both horses did extremely well.  Which makes the ride that much better.  Addie said "I am so happy today, because no school, got to ride, and ate a CORN DOG for lunch!!"  Oh, the simple pleasures in life.

We like to go down by the pond and walk around.  Our pond is slowing shrinking every time we go down.  I hope this fall brings some rain to fill it up for the cows this winter. 

We have hundreds of shells along the edge. 



Fall Fun cont....

We were excited to start carving out our pumpkins.. We didn't realize how messy it is. But they turned out well.  Brant & Josie were down, so they got to make one also.

I added this pic because of the dog in the photo.  This was Kobi, he passed away this past Tuesday morn.  He was 12 yrs old. We got him the 1st year we were married. Clint trained him to hunt ducks.  And he did quite well.  He was a good, faithful, family dog.  He was great with the girls, not a mean bone in his body.  He is greatly missed.



Fall Fun

We always have perfect weather for Cole's b-day.  We spent it outside, of course.  Eric & Wendy put in this awesome  pumpkin  patch.  So we took a hay rack ride and picked out some.
