Family

Ohhhh, How I love my family.  There is none like them, no one I rather be around.  You can be real, silly, cranky, and there always there.  Through it all.  How very blessed I am to have that family.  My parents are truly a m a z i n g.  My sisters are by far my best friends and our hubbies are simply above and beyond our expectations in a help mate.  And our children are beautiful individuals that are growing, and changing and inspiring me to be better.  Thank you God for this FAMILY....

Seriously, she looks so much like her daddy

Thanks, Whit for the great pics!!  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone that checks out my life.

Sunday afternoon with Macie

A couple of weeks ago, Clint was itchin to go scope out some duck hunting areas with the boat.  Since the lack of rain has been such an issue for hunting, Clint wanted to make sure he wouldn't be wasting his time when it came to the BIG DAY!!  So after church Macie and us loaded up and headed to Card Creek.  Addie decided she rather hang out with Mimi.  It was a beautiful day to be on the creek.  We did find some dry areas though. pic below....

Halloween

Some of my family came over a couple of weekends ago for a little get-together. Kaley & Katie came up w/ the idea of making a hay maze out of our straw.  So the kids really enjoyed playing in that.

Uncle Dan called Jet, Charlie Brown most of the night.  He really did with that shirt & his round head!!

I love Josie's little hand on her hip.

Tanner looks like a little Dan for sure.  So glad he and his daddy made it down from K.C.

Class party  -  The Mummy race

Spook Parade.. Addie wasn't sure about this scarecrow idea. I thought it was wonderful. I didn't spend a dime on this idea!!  I love it when that happens. The feathers were gathered out of a friends chicken yard, the overalls were once mine, the hat and shirt came from my mom, and the straw and stick were gathered from the barn!! Bonus!!  (i guess i did buy the face paint, darn)

They pick 6 kids from each class to go up on stage and show off their costume.  Addie was picked!!
