My dad has had this 4-wheeler since I was in junior high. Old, right? Well we thought she was done for, but Clint had this guy look at it and had her going again in a day.
The girls sure do enjoy the ride.
Hopefully they will enjoy the horse rides as much!!!
Last Sept. Clint & I purchased some shrubs for the front yard to help with privacy & dust issues from our dirt road. Well, about 3 months ago our shrubs weren't looking too great. So I called Wal-Mart up explained the situation and that we had every planter w/ bar code sticker available, but no receipt. And Wal-Mart said MUST HAVE RECEIPT!! Well crap. So we are hoping with some root growth stimulants and some good cow manure/dirt, we'll get some green to come back. What do you think? For future purchases - keep your receipts. I was hoping Wal-Mart would do a kindly swap. I guess no such luck.
When we first move here there was no landscaping at all. Every year I add a little more. We have added new siding, windows and a front door.
So the plan was when we got Max he would be Addie's 4-H project. Max is suppose to learn to lead, sit, and stay.... HA!HA!HA! I know he is young and all, but if he is ready by July - I will be shocked.
Here he is suppose to be sitting by her side and waiting patiently for her command to go. He is just wanting his treat for half sitting while he tries to pull on the leash. But I keep telling Addie "practice makes perfect!!"
For Easter - Addie decided on a pink braid instead of a pink egg!
So I am constantly telling Macie to pull up her pants!! It's like she doesn't even realize the cool air that is hitting her behind all the time. I have decided she has "inherited" this disorder from my late G-pa Thompson. My g-ma was always telling him - "Britton pull up your pants". ( His crack was always showing). Just to irritate her more he'd pull them further down. It was always pretty funny. So these pics show Macie's disorder well.
She got her vaccinations and the "shot lady" let her pick out this pink unicorn. It helped make it all better.
